About Jharkhand Academic Council
The State of Jharkhand came into existence on 15th November, 2000. An Act for the establishment of Jharkhand Academic Council was enacted by the Jharkhand State Legislature and assented to by the Hon’ble Governor of the State on 26.02.2003 and notified by the Government on 04.03.2003, known as Jharkhand Academic Council Act 2002.
